On Friday, August 1, BÜFA welcomed eleven new trainees to the group of companies.
At the innovation village Hallig Hanken in the former glass hall at the Oldenburg site, the young professionals met the training managers and trainees from the second and third years of training. The group started their first official day of training together. This year, BÜFA is training industrial clerks, chemical technicians, chemical laboratory assistants, and a warehouse logistics specialist. For the first time, an apprentice is starting as a digital and print media designer.
A varied program of introductory activities – including games, a round of table tennis, and lots of helpful information about starting the training program – helped to ease any nerves and make the transition easier. A joint breakfast provided an opportunity for personal exchanges – not only about the training program, but also about summer experiences and individual interests.
BÜFA wishes all trainees a successful start and an exciting and informative time at BÜFA.
