The targeted professional development of employees is a central component of BÜFA’s HR strategy. The goal is to build skills and prepare employees for future roles in the long term.
At the BÜFA Composites UK site, a trainee program and professional development initiatives have been promoting individual growth and strengthening internal succession planning since 2025. BÜFA Composites Spain relies on AI-supported training plans that enable personalized learning paths based on individual skills and goals.
In this way, we combine structured training with innovative approaches, thereby sustainably strengthening the development of our specialists and managers.
Strengthening Democracy Through a Commitment to Education
BÜFA is actively involved in participatory educational initiatives to promote democratic values and bring social responsibility to life. As part of an event organized by the City of Oldenburg and the Oldenburg Prevention Council in 2025, we engaged in an open dialogue with students and business representatives.
Through interactive formats such as the World Café, participants discussed key questions regarding the role of businesses in a democratic society. BÜFA actively participated as a facilitator and moderator, fostering the exchange of diverse perspectives.
Through our commitment to such initiatives, we aim to strengthen democratic values—both in business practices and in social interaction.
