New HR platform for BÜFA

Modern HR processes for a compelling and transparent candidate experience

BÜFA is consistently driving forward the further development of its HR processes. With the introduction of a new, integrated HR solution, key areas such as personnel data management, recruiting, and onboarding were further digitized in the first phase of the project. The aim is to make processes clearer, more efficient, and more user-friendly—with noticeable benefits for external applicants as well.
The focus is on a centralized platform that creates transparency and significantly simplifies the application process. In the future, applicants will benefit from a clear, transparent, and user-friendly application process. Clear structures, comprehensible steps, and intuitive user guidance ensure a positive application experience – from the initial contact to joining BÜFA.

The new solution was implemented in close collaboration with a cross-functional project team from the areas of human relations, IT, and quality management. This allowed numerous HR processes to be further standardized, automated, and made more efficient. The result is leaner processes, fewer interfaces, and a significantly improved user experience – for both external and internal target groups.
The new HR platform also offers clear added value internally: Employees have easy access to self-service functions, for example, forms can be processed quickly and forwarded immediately and automatically to the right place. The tool gives managers a better overview of team development and enables them to promote specific skills.

A further step is already planned: in 2026, the new learning management system (LMS) will be introduced, which will provide even greater support for personnel development at BÜFA in the future and set new standards for learning, qualification, and individual development.
