At BÜFA, training does not end at national borders: our trainees have the opportunity to gain international professional experience at the group's European locations during their training. A stay abroad lasting several weeks provides exciting insights into everyday working life on site and promotes professional and personal skills.
The trainees take on practical tasks in various areas – from laboratory and quality processes to commercial activities, customer service, and order management. This allows them to learn about working methods, processes, and collaboration in an international environment and gain valuable intercultural experience.
"Three weeks in the Swedish working world showed us how enriching it is to manage our own projects, get to know new companies, and brush up on our English at the same time. The walks through Stockholm on the weekends were the icing on the cake of this experience – a stay abroad that we can recommend to everyone and an opportunity that should definitely be taken advantage of!" said Kim and Sophie about their stay abroad at the BÜFA site in Sweden.
