Our trainees spent a varied day on Wednesday, November 4, at a brewery in Bremen. During a tour of the facility, they gained fascinating insights into the company’s history and the evolution of beer production. They learned about modern production processes and were able to see, among other things, today’s fermentation facilities and the bottling line. This provided a vivid illustration of how beer production has evolved over time.
The program then included a beer tasting. This allowed the trainees to directly compare the flavor differences between various beers. At the same time, it offered an opportunity to interact with the other trainees, during which they shared experiences about their respective apprenticeship programs and companies.
Everyone wrapped up the day together with a dinner.
The visit not only offered our apprentices interesting insights into the food industry—a target sector for the BÜFA Group—but also the opportunity to make new contacts and exchange ideas beyond their own apprenticeship experiences.
