Your training history
1st year of training
You will initially be assigned to your so-called home department. There you will learn your tasks in a more specialized and comprehensive manner than in other areas. Various employees will be on hand to offer you advice and support, gradually giving you more responsibility. This will allow you to try out and learn a lot.
2nd year of training
You will get to know other BÜFA subsidiaries and our training partner PLIXXENT Oldenburg. You will learn everything a good chemical production specialist needs to know and will pass through all areas that are important for your training. At the same time, you will receive weekly inter-company instruction. At the end of your training, you will return to your home department, where you will further deepen your skills and prepare intensively for your final exam. Vocational school lessons take place at the BZTG (Education Center for Technology and Design). In the first year of training, you will attend school two days a week, and in the second year, only once a week. By the way: We also offer retraining courses for chemical production specialists. Your training will then be tailored to your needs, so that you can even benefit from a shortened training period!
