Today, nine apprentices began their careers, starting on 1 August 2026. They are embarking on an exciting and varied apprenticeship programme at the BÜFA Chemicals site in Hude, the BÜFA Composites site in Rastede, BÜFA Holding in Oldenburg, and in partnership with Plixxent in Oldenburg.
The new apprentices are being trained as chemical technicians, IT specialists for application development, warehouse logistics specialists, industrial clerks and mechatronics technicians. On their first day of training, they were first given an overview of the training programme and important information about starting their careers at BÜFA. They then headed to their respective sites and joined their teams, accompanied by their trainers.
A special highlight awaits the new recruits as early as this autumn: the traditional ten-day workshop on Juist will feature not only topics such as time and project management but also some extraordinary experiences. After their flying lessons in a motor glider, the apprentices will even have the chance to obtain their co-pilot’s licence.
