With the Business Hub, the BÜFA Group offers a modern and intuitive online platform that further promotes digital exchange and business processes between customers and BÜFA.
From now on, customers can view current offers and orders, place orders and request offers at any time, independently of service hours. Information about BÜFA's product portfolio can also be accessed on the portal 24/7. The digital solution enables users to keep track of orders, products and relevant documents at all times. The Business Hub complements personal customer contact – all points of contact remain available as usual.
‘At the same time, the platform is an important building block in BÜFA's digitalisation, enabling us to further optimise our services and provide our business customers with even more flexible interaction,’ explains Ralf Ramke at the launch of the customer portal.
The Business Hub was developed in close collaboration with BÜFA's customer teams and tested by BÜFA customers to ensure that needs and processes were reflected in the best possible way. ‘Particular emphasis was placed on standardising different and sometimes complex processes in a user-friendly way on a central platform,’ explains Product Owner Wiebke Mikolajczyk. This includes, for example, regulatory aspects, order and product-related data sheets or even daily updated prices.
The Business Hub is part of an international, group-wide project that unites BÜFA's various business units, products and services. Further development stages are already planned with the introduction, in order to continuously expand the service and meet growing customer requirements.
The new BÜFA Business Hub is now available to all customers of the BÜFA Group at https://portal.buefa.com/.
